Base85 Encoder / Decoder

Encode text to Base85 (ASCII85) or decode it back. Uses the Adobe variant with <~ and ~> delimiters.

Base85 encodes 4 bytes as 5 characters, making it ~25% more compact than Base64. Commonly used in PDF files and PostScript.
